During this time of total chaos and confusion, I am finding people becoming m ore and more focused on God. I am seeing people come together in prayer, faith, and worship more than ever! I think that during this time, we are all learning to keep our eyes on Him like never before! Whether we want to believe it or not, God is working in all of the chaos and confusion that is surrounding us all right now! He is moving in the shadows to show people that only HE is God! We have become so accustomed to having our own way in our lives, and loving other things more than we've loved Him! But, God is drawing us all back to Him, and only Him! It has made people realize that truly He is the only one that can save us, and solve any problem that comes into our lives. It's time out for loving other things more than we love Him! It's time that we all realize that we need Him NOW and later, more than anything else!
I believe that He is making a point to draw us all to our knees in prayer and worship-fully confessing and repenting for our sins! Now is the time to keep our eyes on Him, allowing Him to cleanse us and make us new! It's time that all of our other resources dry up, to where we have nowhere else to go but on our knees! He's waiting for us all to simply come back to Him! "And if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me."
(John 12:32)" Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed - that exhilarating finish in and with God - he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God." (Hebrews 12:2)
