As I sit back and think of the many times that I have sinned, I am amazed that God has never taken His love from me. I am so humbled to think of the many mistakes that I have made has not affected how God loves me. I am so thankful and grateful that He is so faithful! There have been many times that I simply didn't deserve His love, but He continued to give it to me anyway-freely, in fact! It offers me such peace and comfort to know that no matter how often I may mess up, if I am willing to confess it and repent, I will never come short of the glory of God! It is why He sent His very Son-Jesus Christ-to die on the cross for our sin! Our sin can no longer have control over our lives-unless we give it such power. Jesus Christ has already died for such sin! I want to encourage someone today to embrace the very gift that God has already given
us! I want to help someone REST in the very fact that although we are ALL
imperfect human beings, God's grace and mercy is sufficient for us all! If we are willing to accept this truth, and confess and repent as we sin daily, we are already set free-because of God's love for us all!
